2019 is the year of celebrations for Moon Landing 50th Anniversary. Apollo 11 was the goal set by US President John F. Kennedy in 1961: a mission to perform a crewed lunar landing and return to Earth. Carrying Commander Neil Armstrong, Command Module Pilot Michael Collins and Lunar Module Pilot “Buzz” Aldrin the Apollo 11 was launched from Cape Kennedy on July 16, 1969. The 50th Anniversary campaign of Moon Landing marked a semi-centennial date of human making history, it also kicks off the new era for space exploration, some other agencies are planning moon journeys for human in the coming years.
